I’ve had Eastpak Transverz suitcases for my travels for a few years now. These are the perfect suitcases for your travels and were recommended to me by my daughter, Gabriella, who travels all the time for work. They’re a soft shell and in two parts, which I find really useful. When you’ve unpacked them, they are flat and easy to slip under a bed or in a wardrobe. I find this useful when space is at a premium, which it so often is in hotel rooms.

It all depends on the way you pack, they are in two seperate parts and this is great for lot’s pf different occasions. Keep clothes and shoes/ toiletries separate or great for day and night wear. The hand luggage one is great for a weekend or a short break, you can pack everything in everything that you need. I’ve also got the large one which I use for longer trips.

They’re always full, as anyone who knows me, knows that I don’t travel lightly! I always pack everything but the kitchen sink. So I am always on the look out for great, non iron clothing which looks good and feels good when I know that I’m going to places without an iron.

Luggage is very seductive and I drool over those shops which are full of candy coloured cases with hard shells and gorgeous trimmings, but as tempting as they are, I am very happy with my Eastpak. You might need a tag so you can identify it at the airport, I’ve noticed that they’re getting more and more popular and it’s easy to get confused!

They have a huge range of bags and suitcases, from soft shell to metal. Take your pick! I’m coveting the lap top back pack at the moment…..
